Length 76m, beam 10m, draught 5m, 1218 ton British merchant steamer

 

Sunk on 31 October, 1915 after hitting a mine laid by the UC-6, all survived.

 

Built in 1899 and owned by the Clyde Shipping Co. of Glasgow, she was on route from London to Belfast Carrying general cargo.

 

The upended bow lies 10m from main wreck, 8m proud, pointing towards the surface.

 

Beware of dangerous and unstable debris, particularly at the point where the bow has broken away.
