pride ourselves on our after sales support. If you are happy with our service,

Availability
We maintain a wide stock of items, but all deliveries are subject to stock
availability (or availability from our suppliers).
Prices
Prices are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order. Delivery
and packaging costs to mainland UK addresses will be added at the online
shopping basket.
All couriered deliveries will require a signature. The courier will attempt delivery on two separate occasions, the second attempt is normally the next working day after the 1st attempt. A calling card will be left informing you of their failed delivery attempt. After the 2nd attempt, the courier will hold the consignment at your local depot for 3 days for you to collect. Uncollected consignments will be returned to us and will incur you a return P&P charge.
Damage or losses during transit
Please check your delivery for any signs of damage. In the unlikely event that you notice damage or you are unsure, you must sign for it as damaged or unchecked. If this is not noted we may be unable to progress a claim with the courier company as you will have accepted the product from the courier. All damages or shortages must be reported to us within 3 days and will result in an insurance claim being made against the courier. Such claims may take anything up to 90 days to be processed by the courier. Kent Scuba Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage/losses during transit or delays resulting there from.
eBay payments
Please organise payment within 5 days from the end of any eBay auction or sale. If you do not do so we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and re-advertise the product. If you are having problems with payment methods please contact us and we will try and guide you through any problems.
Returns
If you find the goods are the wrong size please return to us for an exchange or
refund. Goods must be returned un-used and in an "as new" condition, complete
with their original packaging. If goods have been used we cannot offer a refund.
All goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. You are
responsible for the return carriage to us and the cost of carriage of
replacements back to
you. When sending returns please contact us first and send the goods by a
registered, insured courier.
Product descriptions
Due to the limitations of photography and broadcasting, colours of goods you
receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor. Kent Scuba Ltd
cannot be held responsible for any variations in product specifications enforced
without notice by our suppliers.
Product guarantee
If you are unhappy with an item purchased from us, please let us know - you are
our business and if you are unhappy we will make every effort to correct the
problem. However, all refunds are entirely at the management's discretion.
If your product should develop a fault within 28 days of purchase, we must be
notified immediately; the item must be returned within 7 days and we will repair
it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund
your money. However, our responsibility is limited to those items recognised as
faulty by ourselves.
Nothing in the above guarantee affects your legal rights.
